Join us for this exclusive, one-of-a-kind experience that brings together the diverse cheese selection of East Side Cheese & Provisions with delightful wines from around the world. This will be an amazing evening of cheese tasting, wine sipping, and chocolate pairings! We are clearly excited about celebrating indulgence this time of year and want to celebrate with the sweet and savory mix of cheese and chocolate.

Class Details:

This 90-minute evening will start with a mini "cheese 101" course, so you can learn how the basics of cheese and their different styles, tasting tips and basic pairing suggestions.  During this time we will taste several cheeses we offer, from young, French triple creme brie to a stunning Swiss alpine style full of nutty flavor and dense, fudgy texture. You'll also get to explore cheeses exclusive to this class along side amazing wines and chocolates.

Each of the several courses of artisan cheese is paired with a wine tailored to bring out unique, interesting flavors. The team sat down and found the best sparkling wines, whites, reds and more for you to enjoy.
