Join us for an exclusive, one-of-a-kind experience that pairs the diverse selection of artisanal cheeses from East Side Cheese & Provisions with the delicate and complex flavors of sake. This will be an unforgettable evening of cheese tasting, sake sipping, and exploring the exciting ways these two can complement each other.

Class Details:

This 90-minute evening will start with a mini "cheese 101" course, so you can learn how the basics of cheese and their different styles, tasting tips and basic pairing suggestions.  During this time we will taste several cheeses we offer, from young, French triple creme brie to a stunning Swiss alpine style full of nutty flavor and dense, fudgy texture. You'll also get to explore cheeses exclusive to this class.

Each of the several courses of artisan cheese is paired with a sake tailored to bring out unique, interesting flavors. From light and refreshing to full-bodied, you'll be sure to learn something new in this special event.
